99% of playback and download problems WILL be solved if you follow these simple rules:
- If you have problems with video or sound (like no picture or no sound), the first thing to do is to download and install codec pack from the section below. You should uninstall any other codec packs from your system IF you have any. Our movies are encoded with Xvid/DivX codec which is not installed on Windows systems by default, however it’s a very widely used codec so most people already have it.
- Do NOT use Internet Explorer to download movies! Movies are split into relatively large files (500-700MB) and if your download freezes for some reason, Internet Explorer will NOT resume it! Use some download manager instead like FlashGet which can be downloaded for free from the downloads section below.

This manual will guide you through your first download on our site. Please follow instructions below to complete your downloading process successfully.
Before You Continue
- Please Sign Up before you acquire an unlimited access to our online movies catalog.
- You will need to refill your balance by adding money to your account.
- After you have found the movie, click on it’s title to open the movie’s description/profile page divided into several sections. Take a look at the section in the middle of page named “Downloads”.
Versions of Movies
Each movie in our catalogue is presented in several versions which differ according to their size, resolution, audio streams and field of application. These versions are listed in “Downloads” section in every movies’ profile page. All versions are divided into 2 groups:
- movies you can watch on your PC and home video players, and
- movies that were specially optimized for mobile devices
Here is brief information on what versions are available for download from our site and which version you should choose.
| DVD: | This version’s resolution matches original DVD resolution (720px wide) and it also has quality almost like original DVD. It gives the best fit to PC, laptop or home video. Download it if you prefer the highest quality of video and audio. We recommend all home theatre owners to download exactly this version because of its surround sound quality and high resolution. |
| DivX: | Its stereo sound and high resolution (592-640px wide) can satisfy the requirements of the most PC, laptop and TV users. This version is smaller in size than DVD version thus taking much less time to download. At the same time this version is the most widely used because of its good quality that should be in most cases enough for home video library. |
| PDA: | This version of the movie is designed to be played on portable digital devices such as HandHelds (PDAs). Its resolution and sound are optimized for these portable devices and it is also much smaller in size than DivX or DVD versions. You can use all features of your PDA supporting video playback to the maximum by downloading this version of the movie to your player and watching it anytime and anywhere you want. |
| iPod: | This compact version with 320×192px resolution will perfectly suit your iPod, iPhone or any other device that supports MP4 playback. Inspecting Movies’ Properties
Main properties of each version are runtime, resolution and price of the movie that are represented in the “Downloads” section. You may also view extra information like bitrate, codec, fps and a list of soundtracks with their sample rates, bit rates, codecs etc.
Buying Access to a Movie
After you have selected the version of the movie you may start downloading it.
After you click “download”, there will be a list of files you are about to download. Confirm your purchase by clicking on “download now”. Amount of money will be written off from your balance.
On the next page there will be the list of links to files you can download immediately. You may start downloading in two ways: by clicking on the link with the name of the movie or cut&paste URL given in the box.
All items available for download are presented in the “History of Purchases” section of your Control Panel. If you want to download the movie later, you may go there anytime you want and download files by clicking on the “download” link.
